Monthy Baking Event

Hi,

This month baking event in Sweet and Simple bakes was Carrot cake and Cream Cheese frosting. It was really a hit in my office. Everyone loves the cake. Actually i bake the cake on July 28 but due to limited Internet connection, i posted it late. Cupcakes & chocolate cake with strawberry filling

Did chocolate cupcake with butter cream deco for my sister's (Kogi) birthday( 21st July 2009). she wants to give it to her friend..usually she will give chocolates, sweet, etc on her birthday...so this time she wants to give something different.....i use gum drops for the balloons...

I did this one to cut at home...she requested for a chocolate cake with strawbery filling....i use whipped cream to cover the cake and also for deco...

I bake an orange cake with chocolate topping for my office potluck....and i don't know that it was cancelled..but it's ok....i just cut the cake and served it to all...they love the orange cake...

Swiss Roll

Sorry for the late post...quite busy this week and i have limited access to Internet.

I love to eat Swiss Roll especially the Chocolate Swiss Roll with butter cream. So...I tried to make a Swiss roll. It's a vanilla cake with fresh fruit cream filling...the taste was superb and i can't stop eating it....
