1st Anniversary....

18th March 2011 was our 1st Wedding Anniversary. Thought of baking something new instead of normal chocolate/butter cake. So to celebrate our wedding anniversary, I baked a chocolate mousse cake. The cake is a chocolate sponge cake and the filling is the chocolate mousse. The taste was good. My hubby likes the cake alot.

13th March 2011 -tiered wedding cake. The flavour is butter cake. The bride and groom requested for orange and white theme to go along with their wedding dinner hall decorations and costume. Buttercream and fresh flower petals decorations for the cake.
