This cake is for my mother...She likes orange cake so I baked an orange butter cake with orange filling and simple butter cream deco. The sides of the cake was coated with dessicated coconut. She loves it....

Did a chocolate orange cake for my Hubby and my sister. My Hubby's birthday was on 23rd March and my sister's was on 30th March. So did a double celebration on 7th April. It's a chocolate cake with orange butter cream deco and topped with chocolate ganache. I also drizzle some orange juice to the cake to get a nice orange flavour.

1st Anniversary....

18th March 2011 was our 1st Wedding Anniversary. Thought of baking something new instead of normal chocolate/butter cake. So to celebrate our wedding anniversary, I baked a chocolate mousse cake. The cake is a chocolate sponge cake and the filling is the chocolate mousse. The taste was good. My hubby likes the cake alot.
