Baked a Red Velvet Cake with cream cheese frosting for my sister (Kogila) birthday. The cream cheese frosting looks runny because I frosting the cake immediately after preparing the frosting. If the frosting rest for a while and the apply to the cake, it will be nicer. The cake taste really nice.
